Spectacular and very heavy small writing desk in solid dark mahogany, set with a small knee hole flanked by drawers on each side and topped with a long drawer, central door reveals a compartment with a shelf. Polished solid brass handles. Antique English Georgian style and period from the late 18th century.

Style notes — Georgian period mainly refers to the second half of the 18th century and up to the 1820s.
